WHAT's ON? - SUMMIT - Our mid-year conference will be where it's at during the mid-year break. We hook up with LaTrobe Uni CU and head down to Phillip Island for a week of worship, talks and fun times. You'll meet heaps of people and who knows, you might even meet that special someone. July 14-18. Forms are out now. Nat Clarke will be speaking on 'Desiring God' looking at the idea that God is most glorified in us when we are most satisfied in him and Pete Leslie will be doing talks on 1 John. Summit is always a massive time for people and this year will be no exception. Book early for early bird discount.
- MAIN MEETINGS - every Wednesday at 12:30 at St. Columbs Church (just across Burwood Rd from Swinburne). About Christian Union We are all about loving God, loving others and loving life and we aim to promote the message of Jesus Christ at Uni so that people can come to know God and have their lives transformed through living in relationship with their Creator God. This year we feel that God wants us to really focus on evangelism and spend the majority of our resources on serving, praying for and speaking to students who don't yet know Jesus. Please pray that God will bless us and that many students will come to know Jesus this year through CU. If you are a Christian, we need your help! You are not at Uni simply to study. You are called to be an ambassador for Christ wherever you are. We would love it if every Christian became a member of the CU and got involved to help promote the good news of God's love through Jesus.
